We're based in Manhattan, KS and serve customers throughout Kansas. Most of our work is in the Manhattan and Riley County area, but we travel regularly for jobs across the state.
Call or text us at (785) 317-7836, or send a message through the contact form. We'll get your address, come out to take measurements, and send you a clear estimate before anything starts. No charge for the visit, and you don't need to be home while we're there.
Pricing runs $8–$9.50 per linear foot depending on the size and scope of the job. We'll give you a firm number before work begins.
No. We can take measurements from outside without anyone home. Same goes for the install once everything is confirmed.

Depends on your roof pitch and drainage area. We'll look at your setup during the estimate and tell you which one makes sense.
No problem. We handle new installations from scratch. We'll assess the roofline and put together a full system quote. Starting fresh is straightforward since there's nothing to work around.
Both. We'll assess whether a repair makes sense or whether a replacement is the better call and give you our honest read either way.
Most residential installs are completed in a single day. Larger homes or jobs that include guard installation or fascia repair may take a bit longer. We'll give you a realistic timeframe before we start.
All work is backed by a one-year guarantee. If there's an issue with the workmanship within that first year, call us and we'll come back and fix it at no charge.
